I have always looked at architectural heritage with admiration and respect since it can be considered the result of a long term process of modifications, additions up to demolitions and reconstructions. My professional aim is being part of this process, dealing with conservation and valorization of historical heritage.

The SAHC programme offers the knowledge and multidisciplinary approaches required to continue writing the history of a monument. It provides a training for both academic and professional careers, bearing in mind that determination, dedication and organization are the key factors to achieve good results.

Now, I am working as a researcher at University of Minho, thus I have the possibility to pursue my aim.

A SAHCster will belong to a multicultural family for the rest of your life.
