Hui-Yin Lee was born in 1977 in Taiwan.
She got her first master degree in National Taiwan University in 2003. Afterwards, she worked as a construction supervisor for 4 years in historical building sites.
She enrolled the SAHC Masters Course during the 2007/2008 academic year.
Since 2008 she works in Laboratory for Environment & Form in Taiwan and is responsible for the supervision of several conservation works on traditional Japanese timber building restoration works.
