Preecha Pilaon was born in 1982 in Thailand.

He was a civil engineer, working on the design and construction of post-tensioned slabs since June 2005, when he graduated on a 4-year course in King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Afterwards, he enrolled the SAHC Master Course during 2009/2010 academic year. Since 2010 he works in Freyssinet (Thailand) in Bangkok, where he is responsible for the design of repairing and strengthening works of existing buildings.
