For me SAHC master course was a big jump from steady job to something unknown. To study something that was not directly related to the work I have been doing for past 15 years, but at same time to the field that I’m truly interested in. Happily in the end I feel that my decision to take this one year to study was hundred percent right.
The change from working mode to studying mode was challenging, but in the end very rewarding. The course fulfilled and partly exceeded all my expectations; it increased my overall understanding of history of construction, it covered latest available analysing techniques and taught us different conservation methods.
After the course I have immediately been able to use some of the new knowledge in my daily work.
I fully recommend this course for those who are looking for in-depth knowledge on area of conservation.
