When I graduated from my undergraduate university, I was confused between continuing my studies in structural engineering in the USA or to going to Europe for SAHC program.

I am extremely fortunate for choosing SAHC program because it gave me a wonderful opportunity to study with Europe’s most renowned researchers in the field of preservation engineering at UPC (Spain) and UMinho (Portugal). The coursework was very intensive, practical and relevant. On top of that, I got chance to live in Europe and experience the local culture of Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Currently I am the Robert Silman Fellow for Preservation Engineering at Silman in New York City. I am working on the preservation, renovation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings in the USA.
